Good mechanical working condition, rough body (there is rust and it's not a pretty car but it DRIVES very well.)
Cold Air Intake kit with Camaro Exhaust
When I drove from Iron Mountain to Milwaukee, I was getting roughly 34 mpg last summer.
It has recently had an oil change and the upper plenum was professionally cleaned (while doing the intake gasket work.)
New parts (within the last year) include:
Thermostat
Upper/Lower radiator hoses
Rear brake lines
Complete rear brakes (shoes, drums, hardware kit, cylinders)
Brake pads/rotors up front
Engine mounts
