Just wanted to give everyone some info and things to look for when they arrive at the MMR next week.

Look for the Ride maps and signup sheets

- They are 5 rides going out Friday and 8 on Saturday. The ride captains have been tinkering and adjusting the routes for the last month and you are in for some awesome rides. Maps will be posted of all the routes (as close as possible, some are secret roads that can't be shared http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif) and sign-up sheets will be on the table near them. Make sure to sign up for your rides, for safety and to make sure we get through lunch stops quickly we are limiting the rides to 20 bikes. Some rides have an alternate Ride Captain and will split the groups if needed.

-We have talked to the Brookstone and they are going to ask guest with cars and trailers to please park in the side lot. They are going to let us block off parking in the front lot for http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif BIKE ONLY http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif.

-The Brookstone has requested that bikes not park in the drive under the overhang. This needs to be open for any drop offs, pick ups and it is also a fire lane.

-If you ordered t-shirts, patches, key chains or just want to say HI. Brenda and I (and possibly any volunteers we can wrastle into helping) will have a table set up in the lobby and you can pick them up (until the S&S tour). After that the price goes up..oh wait you already paid..well if you still want to give us money we'll gladly accept http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I think that's it. Everyone Ride Safe and we'll see you in La Crosse
