Unfortunetly Stevo they were the dimond plate ones. The first one I caught a road constuction cone on White pass with and tore it loose. The second one was vibration it tor loose just above the bolts. I guess they are just not of a thick enough gauge alumium to take it.:dontknow::dontknow:

Sorry to hear about the fenders. Apparently they had other places to go. This thread reminds me of the movie name "Dude... where's my car?"

Well, I guess it's like they say... the older you get things either don't work, you don't remember or they just fall off. You have this whole trifecta thing going on. Your bolts didn't hold, you don't remember when you last seen the fenders and at the end of the ride you realized they fell off during the ride.
