new rider in ga!

hey yall, im kinda new to the motorcycle world and i love it! i am from southwest GA, and im lookin at getting some HK 3" for my 1300R and i would really like to hear them in person can anyone help me out?

jojostang has HK 3" with Michaels resonators installed. They sound great but man they are loud. He lives in Albany. Unfortunaly, He's been deployed to Afgahnastan so it'll be kind of hard to hear them for awhile. I dont know when he's due home.
Check on the Alabama and Florida boards also.

I like the looks of the HK 3". If I remember, they have a very deep and loud tone. I read they cut down on H.P. a good bit though. I'm going with Vance & Hines Big Shots for my 06 VTX1800. I have them on my 1300 and Cobra drag pipes on my other 1800. Cobra 6 into 6 for the Valk, of coarse. Tell us what town you live in and what bike you ride.

Whats up! I have HK 3" Big Straights on my 1800. If you want loud, HK's are the pipe. They look killer on the X also!

Welcome to VTX town. Can't help with the HK's other than to say that the ones I've heard are definitely loud. Too much so for my taste. Depending on where you are in SW GA., you might post on the AL or one of the FL boards. There are a number of riders in the FL panhandle.
