R handlebars on a C

Can anyone tell me if the 1300R handlebar will fit on my C model? and where Can I buy one? Or is there any bars like it that will fit the C? I would like 1 inch bars if possible. I will be needing risers too, any suggestions? I would like plenty of pull back, and what is a good riser for the R bars? anyone have pictures of what they would look like on a C? I also need to know what cables I will need to replace and where to get them. Thanks

Here is a link to just about any kind of bar you could want, along with pull back and rise measurements. Stock risers will work fine if you get the bar with enough pull back.
