I'm new here to. If you get pionted toward the North Central part of the state (louisville), drop some email. Maybe we could find a few backroads in between somewhere.

I myself was glad to see some rides posted here. I'm sure there will be some in your area.

My wife and I plan to ride the "County Music Highay" within the next month or so. We havent set a date but anyone would be welcome to ride it (or part of it with us.) Its one of three National scenic highways in Ky. Hwy 23 runs from Ashland, Ky to Williamsburg,Ky (144.1 miles). Were going to stay somewhere overnight and pick up a second one the "Wilderness Road Heritage Highway" in Middlesboro Ky and run it to Brea on the way back (mostly hwy 25). BTW if anyone has ridden either of these any info is appreciated.

Hey there, any questions u have about the ride just let me know. I live on US 23 and ride it everyday. The country music highway starts in ashland and ends in Whitesburg.

If you're interested in meeting fellow bike riders try to come to a Southern Crusiers meeting. You'll find a lot of fellow bike riders, many of them on VTX's, and a lot of them looking for someone to ride with.

Most of the time their meeting is on the second Monday night of each month at MLC's Resturant on the southside. Check out their website out at http://www.pascrc.com/
