Dealer Question for Orange County NY riders

Just got my 04 1300C and was looking for a closer dealer to my home in Middletown, NY. Anyone use Jim Moroneys in New Windsor, NY? Or Route 15 Honda in Lake Hopatcong, NJ? or Dutchess Recreational Vehicles in Poughkeepsie?

I bought my bike from a dealer too far to travel to get service. I don't need anything to be done...just want to be prepared...and use the right dealer.

You can try Moroneys. I have not heard anything bad out of them. I bought my 1300C in Pa. I have not needed to take it back as of yet. Glad to see another one from Middletown ridding an X. If you ever need some one to ride with just shout.

thanks for the info Slayer... did you do the 600 mile valve adjustment yourself? I was going to ck to see how much Moreneys charges for it. I have lots of time before I need it done... I don't have much time to ride, weekends if I am lucky...have 32 miles on the bike.

I'll be up at this Friday's night cruise in at the Bradlees shopping center on 211. Look like the weather is finally cooperating.

I had the 600 mile service done but it did not need the valve adjustment. I bought mine at Rusty Palmer Honda in Honesdale, Pa. They are about 40 miles away. The guys there are real good. What time do they usually start at bradlees?

It starts around 6pm... I will be there around 6:30 -6:45pm...depending on traffic from work to home that night.
