Got some Personal Business to do in the Land of Ire (Death of a OLD Family Friend) and Figured while there I would help the locals celebrate "Arthurs" Birthday.

Guinness turns 250 years old this year:beer3:

Leaving Saturday and I'll be gone til after labor day and will try to get any and all orders out before I go. Anything that comes in after I leave will be promptly sent upon my return.

Thanx

WOW!!! I am jealous to say the least. :mrgreen:. Sorry your trip is not happening under better circumstances but while you're there, I hope you can make the best of your trip. Have a blast and drink a true Black and Tan for me.

It's a shame that your circumstances for going there are sad. But try and have fun, that's the Irish way after all. Drink and remember the good times you had with the departed!! Toast him up good my Grandda would say;
"Here's to Hell, may the stay there be as fun as the way there!":beer3:

I remembered this from a comedian too about the moors;

Stay clear of the moors boys, or the Gilloolies will getcha ;)

Thanx, He was an OLD friend of my Fathers. They met during WWII. My Father passed away over ten years ago and requested that one of his sons represent the family at the funeral of his friend.

There is a Long story here but will not religate it to the board. Though it be a great tale. Some time I'll tell it over a pint ;)

I'm back and I just got all orders out that were waiting on me. I hope I did not inconvenience too many people while I was gone.

Thanx for understanding.

Well it wasn't actually a vaction so to speak but we did get to do a bit of sight seeing. Got to see New Grange and Trim Castle (where some of Braveheart was filmed).

The Ceramony was at a place called "Adare Manor", We stayed overnight there. This place is a Freaking Castle !! :yikes: I could really get used to a place like that:thumbup:

Oh,,, and yeah,,,, we did drink a little bit:oops:
