Back from Meers Ok.

We made it to Meers, Ok last Sat. and had a great time. We took 11 bikes with 15 people and rode approx. 400 mi. We left Enid at 7:30 a.m. and got home around 9:00 that evening. The burgers were just as good as they're said to be but the cobbler and ice cream for desert was out this world! Wow! Afterwords we rode to the top of Mt. Scott for a super view of the landscape then went through the wildlife refuge. Overall it was a super trip. Beautiful weather, great friends, good food and lots of open road! I'm trying to load some pics, if it doesn;t work, I'll try again later.

The ride to the top of Mount Scott, and the wildlife refuge is great, I did that a few years ago on my new ,71 Honda 350 Scrambler. Looks like you and sounds like a good time was had by all, a real great ride. Any one in Ok should make that ride.

Looks like the ride to take on the X for sure. We were at the refuge Saturday ourselves but we took the cage this trip. The wife and I went out to Altus to see the son in law and daughter on base. We are hoping to take the bikes out in November. Great post
