Taking the bike up through New England (form Ct) and will be staying in Lincoln on the 3rd and heading up 16 to Rt into Maine. My question is how bad is the traffic this week on thursday and early friday?
Thanks

I teach drivers ed there and it's completely hit or miss on traffic, you could be backed up or drive right through. Depends alot on the time of day you hit the area. Where exactly are you heading once you get through conway? If you took the kank, then passaconway road, a right on westside and at the lights a left on 302 into maine, it's pretty quick and you don't have to mess with much traffic at all.

The plan is to stay in Lincoln thursday night the take the Kangamangus then 16 north to Rt 2 then into Rumford for the night. I also thought of taking Bear notch rd? off the Kangy the into Bartlett bang a right then catch 16-N.

On my crackberry right now, can play with routes later, if you did passaconway rd, you could take 302 to either rte 5 or 113 to evans notch and end up on rte2 - we just did rte 5 for a poker run and it wasn't bad at all, if you look in my gallery, the sign with peru, china, etc. etc. Is on rte 5 - really cool photo op
