The usual girls-and-bikes calendars make us wince, but this one is classier than most. For starters, the machinery has an impeccable pedigree—it’s the first calendar created for Zero Engineering (http://zero-eng.com/). The house we looked at last night had a heated 2-car tuck under and a detached 2 car heated garage. So....no LOL. Also had a pool and a hottub

Stay away from the dam pools! nothin but a money pit and a big PIA... Just wait until that fokker turns green for the first time :roll:

My plan would be to remove the pool. The property is worth $240k...foreclosed...on the market for $142k. I think the pool, and massive deck that comes with it, will turn a lot of people away. We'll see!
