I keep hoping that Honda will bring out another factory bagger, or atleast have a line similar to what they did with the Valkyrie...3 diferent levels of dress. I think they've missed and lost alot of riders who want the matched look bagger styleing.
I've been impressed with the line that Victory is putting out.

I kinda like the Look of the black one. Problem is, motor too small and would have to do lots of changes to make it look right. And honestly after riding an 1800 that's been bores almost a quarter inch, I imagine it would feel too slow.

Did anyone read the latest Cruiser mag that did a Tour shootout with the latest HD, Voyager, Venture and Victory? Pretty interesting as the majority concluded the Victory took top honors in most catagories. The funny thing was they included a Goldwing in their comparison but they totaled it somewhere along the way and didn't include it in the final report. They never elaborated on the crash. Interesting reading

Hey Chef.
Doin' good. Would like to have done some riding last Sat, but the wind on my
left hand was a bit much and I couldn't get the glove over the stitches......
Oh did I mention I had a little mis-hap at work?

I get to have them taken out this coming Monday. Cut myself on one of those
stainless milk carts you see at the groc. store. We make them and the one that
cut me had already passed final inspection. I'm glad we don't make motorcycles
....I'd be real scared to ride one! LOL

If I remember, you don't like "plastic geetars". LOL
So Rob, What would you think of the black model above with some
oversized valves, same cam as what's in my bib X and some 11:1 pistons?

I guess I didn't see the tank flange from the black color.
I guess I'll just have to waite and see if they come out with anything bigger in the next couple years.:dontknow:
I figured maybe a 1300 hopped up might be fun. I mean, if I want to drive stupid like, I'll still have my big X.:dontknow:

My guess would be that the company Tomm works for made him stitch it up.
Yea but we can still give him crap about it ;)

It was not my choice to visit the doc, but rather company policy.
It wasn't like the red stuff at the knuckle wasn't meat or nothin'.
I think they stitched it because it was a V shaped cut that left a ugly flap behind.
Either way, Icouldn't get my hand in the glove without pulling at the stitches.......but that's a wuss for ya ;)

Reminds me of a party one night....when I nearly cut my finger off. I think you were there Tomm. You are bad ju-ju man LOL. And just so everyone knows, I wrapped it in a paper towel and duct tape and kept drinking...but had to listen to my brother in law about how I should be getting stitches all night. But the ER would've been a buzz kill
