Sunday morning ride

Anybody intrested in a Sunday morning ride from south county across the JB bridge down the bluff road to the Ferry across to St Gen and back to south county via highway 67. nice curves and little traffic...Let me know

Ralph!

Whooee! Starting to organize rides? Right on, ride on! (Sorry. Flashback.)

I do the same thing, from time to time. It's not easy and it puts you on a spot to show up.

We have a little social thing going on this Tuesday at 6pm. A chance for some of us to get together, with our bikes, and have some drinks and food. Nothing fancy and nothing expensive.

We have some people coming from as far away as Yorba Linda and Buena Park! Whew! Even have one guy coming from Long Beach!

I have to say that this is a slow moving board. I don't know how many people operate on it, but it is slow.

You might have a little more action with a topic heading like:
"9/5 Sunday, South County Ride!"

Then put in a time and place to meet. Encourage suggestions. Promise beer, food, whatever. Of course, they have to pay for their own, but you will schedule the stops.

Richard H, I think that Ralph was asking about last weekend and that is why no one is posting.

If it is for the upcoming weekend, I will be out of town again. Sorry Ralph.

I think so, too. It was probably short notice for a lot of people.

I guess I am just accustomed to a lot more verbage on the board. Some of it we could do without.

Ralph is my bro-in-law. I got my X just about 2 years and 11 months ago. I have been working on him to step up to a real motorcycle that is capable of carrying 2 people with ease.

I think I stopped kicking myself after the 2nd anniversary. I kept asking myself why I waited so long to get a BIG bike. It's the best choice that I have made.

This is a slow moving board. I really with some Missourians would get on here and set some stuff up.

I got to ride with Ralph a while back. He saved me because I met at the wrong McDonald's and he saw me when driving by. (Imagine that, more than 1 McDonald's within less than a mile) I really wish Sunday would have been nicer weather for him though. That probably would have gotten a few guys together.
