Fall Foliage Ride (Oct. 9th)

2nd annual fall run in the beautiful southern area is scheduled for the 9th this year. Last year we had upwards of 60 bikes on the run and this year we hope more.

The day started with meeting at a local restaurant for breakfast and pic’s and we all left from there, (see pic’s at the site.)

I'm trying to get some of the southern Ohio people interested, or at least some of the Southern Cruiser gang.

Common N.E. Chapter!

With more than 100 members here alone we could really make a showing. It's a really good ride and most of all it's an Ohio X-Riders get-together and the only one of the year, kinda like the last of the season.

So let's make it a season wrap-up blow-out and fill the town with X's.

This will be my first ride with you guys since I am coming from the Connecticut VTX circuit. But I am looking forward to meeting everyone and I will definately be on the ride. :D

Okay kids! Last post from me on this ride.
I am meeting some guys at the Cracker Barrel off of exit 100 in the Grove City area tomorrow morning between 10:30 - 11:00 AM. Any Columbus area riders who want to meet there and ride down to Lancaster together are welcome to join us.

The ride as a whole was real nice and the weather played well. We did have a few problems with 2 bikes and their riders not being able to negotiate the turns but all worked out well without serious injuries.

Met lots of new faces and logged over 500 miles for the 2 days. Had a real nice ride home the next day on a different route.
