Congrats! I am not from Indiana, but I am glad to see an IN board. I am just across the river, 30 miles north of Louisville. The Honda Rider's Club of Louisville is having a ride this Sat, 9-11. Our destination is to French Lick IN. We are meeting at Station Park Honda @ 9:30 am. We will head out by 10:00. Join us if you want.

Come on now! I know Louisville and 30 miles north would put you at about, oh say Columbus Indiana! Hope you have a nice ride.

And yes, I am from Indiana....Bloomington to be exact! I even went to THE Indiana University, not that Cowtown University up north. :)

Last summer we had a couple of good rides to Turkey Run State Park, then down to Bloomington, over to Nashville and Columbus. Then back north thru Indy. We also did a ride to Jeffersonville and ate along the river. Nice scenery all the way.

No but I've heard LaGrange by ZZ Top, does that count? Luckily, I keep Mapquest as an Internet fav. I have family in Lulville (Louisville) and may visit there in October. Would be a good ride down there.

Where in Louisville are your folks? I grew up in Louisville, the southend, dixie hwy area.

THey live between Dixie Hwy and Stonestreet, near Stuart High School. Recognize that area?

I know that area arather well. I grew up very close by there. I had a friend that went to Stuart.
