Just chatted with Loopy. The ride will start at one of the convenience stores/gas stations off of 9A on Hechser Rd.(sp?)... the meeting place will be firmed up as soon as he checks out which ones are actually there. We plan to head up to Fernindina Beach. Hope you guys can make it.

That sounds like a good plan. Is the meet time still 4:30? Also, is a food stop going to be involved somewhere? Or you need to eat before you show up or after it is over? Just wondering.

i won't be able to make it up to Hecksher today, but there is only one store at Hecksher when you get off 9A heading north. 4:30 is good, wheels roll shortly thereafter unless we here from someone saying they're running behind (it may be me!!! we have a pediatrician's appt. at 2pm, and they are famous for running late). my cell is 472-9303. we can ride up to Fernandina and there are plenty of spots to eat, but i would be more inclined just to have a drink and roll. there's a nice place next to the public beach (just before you turn left to Historic Fernandina).

I will be there at 4:30 (I hope). I actually woke up and got out of bed this morning, so I get off of work at 3:40. That gives me 50 minutes to make it from downtown to that intersection. I will be there, hopefully I wont be late.

My Buddy from work wants to go also so he will probably tag along. He is not on a VTX but what can you do. His dad my come with also, not sure on the dad though, won't know anything until later this afternoon.
