Installed a Hypercharger over the weekend and looking at alot of other postings, I have connected it about every which way and I still cant get the butterflies to open and close. Stuck in the open position.

Looking for help getting this to work properly.

Thanks.....Tim

Yo Tim,
Maybe send a private post with your phone number? If I'm out and about this weekend I could swing by and take a look. I live in Chaska.
Cheers,
Eric

Hey Tim - I'm in Apple Valley and very recently installed a Hyper on my 03' C and had the exact same problem. It's not that you are plugging it in right, it's that you absolutely have unhook almost every hose in there. After days looking at my bike on a lift and hundreds on phone calls to Kury, I got her done, by unhookng hoses. . .

If you call Kury cust service, get them on the phone while you are looking at the intake and have them walk you through-it. They can also email you specific pictures which may help also. If all else fails, I'd be gald to help since you're so close - let me know! _ Meangrn may have already done so -

Let me tell you this boys:

If Tim thinks he has problems, he should try installing a (US manufactured) Kury H?C Pro on a UK spec bike, as I have been trying to do today.

Still scratching my head: hoses are different, vacuum is different, breather appears to be too short, oh yes and O ring was missing from kit.

Oh well, there's always Sunday, then Monday night, then Tuesday night...

Old thread, but ya'll are making it too difficult to install this. There is another vaccuum nipple on the intake that is plugged. Pull the plug off, and hook your vaccuum line to that!. Use the little plug to plug off the location Kury says to use...
