front tire wear

anybody have a problem with the front tire wearing uneven. mine wears more on the left side than the right

If its normal, then its just normal for certain models, IMO. I have 10,000 miles and my front tire is wearing even. I have a 1300C. My Shadow 750 had 12,500 miles when I traded it in and the front tire had even wear on it also.

Where/how you ride, and the type of tires probably make an impact as well. When I got rid of my dunnies at 11500, the front was definately worn in the manner Chet described. Now, my front Metz has over 12K on it and looks great, definitely doesnt have the same wear pattern. My riding style nor my routes have changed (ride mostly to/from work), so go figure :?:

Alabama leans heavily to the right. You're probably compensating by pushing left.
