Thought I would start a string on good places to stop at.
This is a good place and on Mondays they have all you can eat shrimp and crab legs.
Full Moon bar and grill.
It’s on rt. 140 just before you get to liberty reservoir, heading west towards Westminster.
They have bike parking and the deck is heated in the winter.
The crab cakes are good too.

Sand Springs Restaurant and Tavern on the west end of Main Street (route 40) in Frostburg ==> great atmosphere, good food, and friendly folks. Kind to bikers.

CruznPa and myself stopped at the Mountaingate Resturant Rt15 n Thurmont. All homemade and huge buffet with all kinds of desserts. Give it a try.
