New to Tennesse

Hello all,

I am moving to Cypress Inn Tenn from Orlando Fl. on the 29th of Oct. I had to get away from the heat. I am just about 20 miles from Florence Al. When I get settled in I would like to do a little riding. Is there anyone from around here?

I left Tennessee about ten years ago (even lived in Lake Mary) and I've been trying to get back ever since.

While there are not as many X-riders in Tennessee are there were in Florida, there are some.

So enjoy.........and go Big Orange!

Welcome to Tennessee. I live in Williamson County - south of Nashville. I ride to see my daughter in Decatur AL often... Northern Alabama / Southern Tennessee rides sound good to me... Natchez Trace is nice for a 50mph ride. I check the board often - just do a PM if you want to get together ... I just bought out-rider.com - will be online soon (don't hold your breath)... Welcome Big Mac. You will have some good country to ride in . I am getting ready to move also but still within Tennessee. I now live between Nashville and Knoxville and will be relocating to Murfresboro which is southeast of Nashville. Keep up with this board and maybe a bunch of X'ers can get together for a run. Again, welcome :D .

Thanks for the input. Sorry for the late reply, but I have been without a system until the move was done. I am finially back on line. We are just about done moving in to the house, but we did take a few hours off to ride last weekend up the trail. If anybody wants to ride I am for it. I just dress for the cold.

We are thinking of going on the turkey run...

I had to look up Cypress Inn on Mapquest. I'm about 90miles north in Franklin, TN. Some VERY good riding around us. I'm going to try to ride tomorrow (Sat, 11/13). Anyone else?

I can't imagine getting tired of the weather in Florida, But I guess it happens. I live in west Tn. If your ever down here get up with me I would love to ride and so would my wife.
