Desmog

Anybody want to get together to do desmogs? If we got two or three guys together, it might be kind of fun and we could help each other. Might be a nice weekend afternoon project and a chance for some of us to get to know each other. I'm going to order some of German Pete's block off plates.

Did mine already, but I didn't put on the block off plates yet. Went down to checker and got some caps and a little cylicone sealer and pluged them up. Works great for me. But yeah, would love to do this or at least help. Let me know. PH# 580-0568

I think I did the BigLry DeSmog and than put Techlusion TFi on after changing to Roadhouse Shorty Pipes.

I found my bike to run better after I removed the plug with the new TFi box installed. I have the plug around here somewhere, if someone wants it.

If your going to change pipes and Fuel Management system, I'd wait before doing desmog. JMO

I did live in Holladay until a couple months ago, just moved out to Tooele (love it by the way, kids live out here). They will have the new freeway out here done soon. Feel free to cruise on out here or I'll come on into Salt Lake, no problemo.

I have a Salt Lake number (but am totally wireless in Tooele, thus have a cellular telephone with 801 area code) so no long distance charge. Feel free to call. 755-8777

Be fun to say hi. Could bring along a couple other VTXers (I think, you know bikers, kind of independent)., if you get a get together planned. We'd better hurry, I think winters not to far away. Might have to kind of play it by ear, depending on how good the weather is.

If anyone's up for a drive, Tooele's a great drive, especially in the Fall and Spring. Give me a shout, I can try and hook up with you and show you some fun rides out and around this way.

We'll probably have to wait until this weather breaks. Looks like it's going to be cold and wet for a few days. We need the moisture, but we also need nice days to ride. Let's watch for a nice weekend day and round up a few guys to get together. I have a three car garage that we could use if some guys want to come up to my place in Sandy.

Wheather says 10% chance of precip and about 51 chilly Degs. I'm all for a ride. I was out west last week around Skull Valley. We left from here in West Valley and went south on redwood road to the end of Utah Lake and then back west towards Dugway and then north through Skull Valley and then back on 80 East.

Saturday haw about it. Mountains are more than likely out of the Question. So we'll have to go west or south in the valley somewhere.
