Forward Controls

Any of you guys have a set of aftermarket forward controls on a 1300 Retro? I have ben thinking about this from day one, but then started liking the floorboards (and the heel shifter) so I put it on the back burner. Well... it's back in my head again. But before I spend 400 bucks I'd like to get some feedback or maybe even see a bike with these in person.
