Hey guys just wanted to drop in and say hello. I'm new to the VTX, just bought my 1800C a couple weeks ago. Was extremely glad to see this board and find this bike has such a following.

Welcome Steve. You will find that you have a large number of X'ers in your area. There is a lot happening so keep a check on the board have fun. Again, welcome :D .

Hello Steve! I live in north Knoxville, and am really digging my 1800C. I've had it about 3 months now, and it just gets smoother every time I ride it.

I can't wait for a decent day so I can ride. My next couple of weekends are tied up between my sons football and a hunting trip to Catoosa. Im hoping next week has some decent days. I said to heck with it yesterday and rode to work and got a bath on my way home, just gave me an excuse to spend some more time with the bike washing it...

I just came back from Catoosa myself. I love it over there. I'll be going back Nov. 18-20 for the muzzleloader hunt. All the east Tn. riders need to get together around Knoxville for a ride sometime. I'm like you though, my next several weekends are tied up.

Jeff, not yet. I may try to get them painted this winter if I have the time to fool with it. I'm thinking of buying some white hi top tennis shoes and having the graphics painted on them to match. :D :D :D It will be a tribute to you! LOL
