Cowley County Toy Run

I'm planning on making the Cowley County Toy Run on the 13th if I can get away from work. The Bikes will start meeting at Island park at 12:00 pm and ride down to the Pig Palace in Arkcity Ks. There will be chili, chicken and noodles, sandwiches and such avalible at the Pig Palace at the end of the run. We had a great turn out last year over 200 bikes and the weather was terrible. I may have to call in well to work but I plan on making this event. If any of you can try and make it down should be fun. CC

I was thinking of having everyone that wanted to ride in as a group meet us at the Dillons at Rock and K-15. Its on the way from Wichita. And has a gas station right across the street. I haven't heard from kansas yet, but I hope he is going with us......OH Kansas where are you???????

Lets meet at 1100 am at the Dillons at K-15 and Rock. Its about 15 minutes south to Winfield, but should give us time to mingle and get set up. Sound OK to everyone?

Also got to see Chris ( N2theX) we had a good turn out over two hundred bikes and the weather was better than last year. Judy and I wished Doug (Kansas)and Patty could have made it it was cold but bearable. If we get some decent weather between now and Christmas maybe we can do a short ride.CC

Sorry we didn't make it ya'all. We got overcome with "real life". Wish we could have made it since this is the last weekend I will be able to ride for about 6 weeks. Surgery on Thursday the 18th will keep me on crutches for awhile. So, I'm having to get ready for Winter now. I'll stay in touch though. Glad you had a good day.

Charlie, it was really nice riding with you again. I have been in the dumps lately and today was a great pick me up. It was good to see Bones again....I think Sue is still in shock...lol I thought you were wanting to race there for a minute when you passed....lol Tim, thanks again for going. It was nice see ing you again. I hope that Joe joins up soon. It was nice to meet him and Tonja. (I still can't believe she rode with nothing on her face, she is tougher than me....lol) Kansas, my friend, we did miss you and Patti. I hope to see you soon. Had a good time, it is always good to ride with people you know and meet new people and get to check out the other bikes, hope to do it again some day as soon as the weather will allow...good luck Kansas on your surgery hope to ride together as soon as you can.....TIM
