Florida X Riders T-Shirts

Hey North Florida,
Remember a few months ago when we came up with the florida logo? Well, I appologize that I fell out of circulation soon after the logo was designed and let the t-shirts fall to the side but I'm back. The good news is that we have an oportunity to still get the shirts thru Hal. If you click the link below and use the poll to let me know what size and color you prefer it will help us out. I don't need names and reservations right now. Just an idea of what we need.

Also, NastyX who designed the logo can get us 5" patches for about $5 each but we need a minimum prder of 100. Please voice you opinion on the patch idea.

Please check the poll on the South Florida forum. This is for info only to see what the interest is and what sizes we shoud get this is not an order form. I can't guarantee anything.

I'll add a XL to the poll for your Hubby Fathead but I'm sure we'll have extras.

I can see why that might have caused confusion. What I was trying to say was that I have seen other States come up with patches, shirts and other items to express their pride as a group of X-Riders from a particular area. I was saying that I am glad that we are getting one for the riders in Florida. :oops:

I voted for a black in small for the wife but I also need an XXL in black for myself. I hope that they are really good quality shirts that won't shrink vertically when washed. I have a drawer full of T shirts that drew up so much the first time they were washed that I can't wear them anymore.

Black t shirt material is usually the worst quality of any color because a lot of black fabric started out as another color and was re-dyed black due to the original color being off-shade. Re-dying degrades the fabric. I grew up in and around textile mills.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. Please read the entire thing and not just what you want to see!

#1 The first run of shirts are going to be supplied freebee by Hal since he loves us so much and therefore they will be one per person so everyone can get one. If there are extras after everyone gets one maybe we can let extras go. After the Freebees run out maybe we can get set up if anyone wants to buy extras they can order them direct.

#2 Because of the limited number they will only be for FLORIDA X RIDERS only right now. Again, if there are extras we can see what we can do. Sorry ISKIVT.

#3 Other than the special request for XXL and XXXL I am not putting anyone "down" for anything and I can't guarantee everyone will get a first run shirt. This poll was simply to see what the interest is and what sizes / colors are prefered.

#4 I am not making these! I am simply trying to help get us some stuff to show of our VTX Pride! Don't place orders to me. I am not a distrubutor and I will not be shipping these all over the State / Country. The most I will be able to do is coordinate shipping a box of them to someone in North Florida to distribute and I will hand them out down here.

#5 Personally since Hal is making these up for us I think Hal should keep the shirts on hand and if we do a ride in he can hand them out then and / or if a Florida X rider places an order they can throw it in the box with the order. I can check with Hal on that.

#6 This is not ment to piss anyone off. I know everyone is excited about getting a shirt........but........ since this thing is starting to show promise of getting out of hand already and someone will probably get their feelings hurt when there aren't enough first run shirts to go around, I am going to check out a site I visited before that individuals can log on to order individual shirts but I don't think they will be the same quality. If I can get something worked out I will let you know.

Since then until these last 3 post on this forum I have heard nothing about these shirts or if the "FREEBE" first run was done, if they were sent out of who got them. I would be interested in getting one. I voted my size on the other forum back in Nov 2004. Anyone know anything about these or if they even exist? Can you shed some light on it Hal?
