Hello fellow VTX Riders. Just 2 weeks as a VTX Rider, I have been motorcycling since I was 17, so I have some experience. Having owned Hondas in the past, I am sure I made the right decision to join the VTX family. Living in Southeast Kansas, I am the only one in this area to belong to VTXRIDERS (as far as I know). Please let me take this opportunity to invite you to contact me for rides etc. if you so choose. Just up the road in Ft. Scott Kansas and across the border in Moundville Missouri we have 5 new VTX riders who have found a kinship. Eventually, we hope to meet more VTX riders in this area. In the meantime, if you are in the neighborhoods of Southeast Kansas or Southwest Missouri, feel free to contact me, Steve at sdanczek@cox.net, or my friends, Alan and Chris at cmg755@aicon.net, who reside on the Missouri side.

We would love to ride with ya!

Steve (VTX18R)

Hey Steve. Welcome aboard. Southeast Kansas is great country for riding. I was born in Columbus and had relatives in that area for years. Still get down there pretty often to drown worms in the Pits. Good gang on here so jump right on in. Oh yea...and ya gotta post pics of your bike hahaaa.

Hey Steve, I'm Nate, the other new guy. Glad you're here, and hope to ride with ya one of these days along with these other guys. I'm in Wichita, so not really SE Kansas, but I've also heard of some good riding out there (not so flat and straight! I'm from the mountains of NW Arkasnas)

Steve, I am a new member also, but welcome! I live in Galesburg, so not that far from you. My son lives in Parsons, and rides a 1300C. There are several Xs in our area, so you are not alone. Riding season is just about done, but stay in touch. I try to monitor this site on weekends, so keep checking if you don't hear from me for a while. Dave
