posting a pic

Hello again fellow VTX riders. I have requested info on how to post a pic from a couple of you. Getting feedback,,I am either too dumb or too Polish to figure it out. Can someone take me by the hand and get me thru the procedure? I really want to get a pic of my RUBY (and me of course) up for you all to see. Thanks in advance.
