I have gone to Honda/ Suzuki of salt lake for parts because I have a friend down there that usually gets me a good deal but as in for service a couple times it feels like I am in the way and there is no time for stupid questions.
Where do you guys trust your bikes for service?
thanks

Have been to Perry Bros. several times, and have been happy. Can't remember the service mgrs. name, ane he seems real young, but I feel like they understand that the customer is important. Good luck. Also the parts guys have been more than willing to answer my questions.

I agree with you on the parts from Honda/Suzuki of Salt Lake. I also have a buddy that works there in the parts Dept. I get good deals also. As far a sevice, I don't trust none of them but if it's warrenty work, (like last saturday before I went to Wendover with the better half) I had a leak in coolant hoses, so Honda/Suzuki of Salt Lake hooked me up and tightened up all my hoses. They were all loose. I had Perry Honda installed a part in my consol so my trip meter would work (also under warrenty). But other than that, I do the work myself.
You just got to look real mean when you go in to Honda/Suzuki of Salt Lake, then they will listen to ya.

Honda/Suzuki of Salt Lake is the best place for parts, they will always give me a 10-15% discount. Now as far as there Service Dept, My Bike had a small oil leak on the Rocker Box covers. When I droped off my bike I jok
ingly said I don't want to see a scratch in my gas tank when it done. Well 2 weeks later I picked up the bike and guess what was on the Tank! They denied any responsiblity. I gave they a piece of my mind. I for one will never be back...

stay away from Plaza They are the worst They tore debbies seat gave the bike beck with 2 quarts down after an oil leak and just lie about work done I do my work myself or more correctly with buddies who are competent I usually mess up if I do not have someone watching We should continue with the plan to meet for tech session

I think a Tech session would be great. I have done some tinkering but could use some advice. I got my x back in April and it has a power commander but I don't have any of the cables or instructions to confirm if mike bike is set up for Utah I think it came out of phoenix. I just noticed on the last couple rides that I think my valves are starting to make notice. I did get an extended warranty when I got the bike but not sure if this is covered.[/img]

Hey skipdrag,
How many miles on the bike, and what all do you have installed. Up date you profile so that fellow X'ers can help you out. What kind of PCIII do you have USB? If so I can help you. C or Retro, Pipes Ect...Valves are done at 8000 miles.
More info in your profile the better.

I've been happy with Summit Honda in Park City. Burke is the owner and he always takes care of me. It's a bit of a hike to get there, but on nice days, it's a nice ride.
