I always up for a cruise any day except in snow. Another X'er that lives near me was thinking about Saturday but I think it's supposed to rain, I might be wrong. Where were you thinking of going?

Just checked the wheather. Looks like AM showers tomorrow. Sunday actually looks better. No rain, just clouds. Both days Hi 51.

Sunday sounds good; didn't have anything particular in mind - what sounds good to you? Should be able to talk my buddy, Kevin (kxb on the boards) into going also. Sunday has kinda become our day in the Fall.

Kevin said he is good to go, and his wife may come along on her Intruder.
He mentioned Wendover, and a buffet for eats.

Wendover is a good cruise. I did that last Saturday with the wife. We had the Lunch buffet and burned about $160.00. All in all it was a good trip. I see your in South Jordan I'm in West Valley on the west end near Magna where do you guys want to meet?

We can come your way - not a prob . . . Since you were in Wendover last week, we can take another cruise. Just a thought. Also I teach school close to you; I've been making the drive to Cyprus for 22 yrs and know a few folks in W. Valley and Magna. Good people.

OK Wilsondude, get you buddy and lets go ride somewhere. Wendover is fine with me. Heck anywhere is fine with me. Tell you what, Lets meet on 5600 West and I think it's 3100 S. where the IHOP is. I'll be there about 9:00 AM drinking a cup of mud. How about we meet there and make final plans.

This invite extends out to anyone who is will to take on the elements and ride. Please feel free to ring in.

Great Ride guys, your really seem like a bunch of good guys to be around. We need to do this again. Hopefully we can get more bikes together. For those who missed out the food is wonderful at the Pepermill Casino.
Here's a few Pics after the ride.

I't a rare day indeed when a group of Utahans go to Wendover and don't even drop so much as a quarter in a slot machine. Great food, great company and and a great ride. What could be better. I still think your wife should consider a career as a chap model drywallman.

Thanks for posting the pics. Memories are good, but its great to have something to save. Love your retro. Just added up the cost of some of the cool stuff you have that I want. About $1,800.00 and change. You're setting the bar pretty high, dude. "Church of the X" meetin' was cool in Wendover :orac: Pretty righteous

I resent that. Kevin did his time, and I, for one, am proud of him to turn his life around and become a contributing member of society. For him, prison was a wake-up call. Kevin, you're an inspiration to me.

Thanks Wilsondude. Nothing to remind be of my prison days except the nice set of boobs you made get tatooed on my back. By-the way, Stinky from D block called. He wants his crack pipe back.

Anybody thinking of riding Saturday or Sunday if the weather's decent?

I'm almost back with the living. I'll be good to go come Thanksgiving or the weekend after.

Lets see how the weather looks. :)
