winterizing 1300s retro questions

what's the best way to winterize, aside from paying 300 bucks to store in heated garage?
i intend to park in my unheated garage. i have changed oil and filter. filled the tank and ran the gas out of the carburator. put in stabilizer. checked coolant. anything else i need to do?
