Hi Maine X riders.

I'm looking to buy a 1300. Right now I have an '04 Suzuki Volusia and want something just a bit bigger. I love the X and am looking for a dealer that might have a new '03 around. I've been to Reynolds Motorsports in Buxton and they just won't deal plus getting them to respond and wait on a customer is almost impossible. They want my new Vol plus over $6000.

Are any of you aware of or delt with another Honda dealer in ME, NH, or MA that you would recommend?

Thanks a lot,

John

I picked up my 1800R on Rt 202 in Lewiston at Schott's. They had a much better deal going than Reynold's in Gorham did. They had better service than Reynold's too. It looks like Schott's doesn't carry as many Honda bikes as they used too but in my opinion it's worth a look. They're carrying more Harley's than anything else now a days. Good luck in your search. Let us know how it turns out. :)

Give Tri-Sports in Topsham a go. I bought from Reynolds but have since done all my business with Tri.

I looked at Tri-Sports during this past summer...ended up flying to Atlanta to pick up my new 03 1800 C. Tri-Sports wanted 12,600. I only go there now to get very necessary parts. I have my bike serviced in Augusta at North Country. North Country sells Hondas as well. I hope this helps.

Went to Tri-Sports this morning and agreed to buy an '05 1300 Retro in red for about $1,500 less than Reynolds Motorsports.

Now comes the hard part. The bike won't be in until February and then who knows how much longer we'll have to wait to ride due to the Maine weather.

Hope to meet some Maine X'ers this spring.
