Well I got in a bike wreck and ended up hitting a car Friday night, just clipped the back corner of the car with the right side of my bike. The light bar to most on the impact, didn’t go down, and smashed my knee between the car and my bike it'll heal though.

What can I say about Utah drivers and people who park on the road.....well I won't!

Anyway I need to get my bike into a service shop to get the estimated costs of damage, any that you recommend? I don't feel to good about where I've taken my bike for service before but maybe I haven't talked to the right people.

I'm considering these dealers, Honda of Salt Lake, Perry Bros., Monarch in Orem, or Summit in Park City.

Any opinions

Thanks for any help you can provide. I'll post some pics of the damage soon.

I've had good success with Summit Honda in Park City. Burke is the owner and will take care of you. I'm glad to know that you'll be ok. Some drivers should be taken out and shot.

Well I ended up taking my bike to Perry Bros. well see what the damage comes out to be. But I think there going to work with me on getting aftermark pipes instead of stock. Plus hopefully let me do a few other things instead of replacing the bike exactly back to the way it was, like I want to do a different light bar possibly.

Does anyone have aftermarket pipes and what are they?

I can tell you right now that that tank is about a grand and the light bar is about another $350.00 or so fender is about anothe $300 or so 2000 or 2500 Easy Cool Hard Cash, and that's all I can see.

Why don't you just pay it off and sell me the final drive.
Just kiding. I about did the samething when I first got my X, but I had my son on with me and this lady decided to stop right in front of me and make a right turn into a restraunt parking lot. I about hit her in the same place that you discribed.

Hope things turn out your way!
