I drove to Franklin, NC to winterize my house and then to Anderson, SC to visit my sister. Had Thanksgiving dinner at the Dillard House in Dillard, Ga. If the opportunity arises you need to eat there! Outstanding victuals.

Me too. Try 28 from Walhalla to Highlands to Franklin. Wow! Lots of twisties and several waterfalls along the way. I have yet to take the X up there but have made several runs in my MGB and the wife's MINI S.
