I have some things to do Saturday also. Lets ride during warmer part of day, like 11:00 A.M. - Noon to about 2 P.M. Maybe a couple hour ride.

I live out in Tooele. Nice, sunny and warm out this way. We could meet at Flying J, where you guys stopped on the way to Wendover and Gas up. Drive to Grantsville. Go down the Mormon Trail (Eastern Side of Stansbury Mountains). And at the end of the Mormon trail, turn East and come back to Tooele, or you Salt Lakers could turn off and go East and come out just North of Utah Lake. Kind of reverse of Polar Bear Ride. Or just continue to Tooele and than head back to Salt Lake that way.

The above is just a suggestion. I'm more than willing to ride into Salt Lake. Just less trafic and less smog out West. :)

If cjt wants to come in from Orem, he sound come out West just North of Utah Lake through Cedar Fort. I always carry my cellular, we could hook up somewhere around or near Tooele. I have a cellular I always carry with me 801-755-8777.

Or we could pre-designate meeting in Tooele somewhere.

Been to Tooele many times over the past years. My mother-in-law used to live in Tooele until this summer so I made the trip many times. Meeting at 11:00 at flying J makes me leave at 9:30 in the morning or so. I could meet ILUVUMAN in Tooele and head out from there. It all depends on my daughter. I will give ILUVUMAN a call. Need to take advantage of the weather though.

Mormon trail cutoff is only a couple miles South from where we'll meet, we could also buzz up Johnson's pass, but I'm not sure it's going to be that warm today.

You go out Redwood Road South of where Bangeter Highway crosses it. You will see a Maverick Gas Station on the West Side of the Road (in the South Edge of Riverton) as you head South, you continue South and go past Camp Williams. I'd say about 3-4 miles South of Camp Williams or about 7-8 Miles South of Riverton, is where highway 73 hits Redwood Road. At that Intersection is a Chevron on the NorthWest Corner and a New Smith's Store on the Southeast Corner. You will be just North of Utah Lake. Everyone is meeting at the Chevron at 11:00 except me . I'll see you guys at intersection of 73 and 36 (just south of Stockton) around 11:45 to noonish. :) :)

Fill up your tanks at that Chevron.
