Hey, I'm here in Corydon, just 20 miles west of Louisville, used to pass thru Booneville, home of those great racing shocks, on my way to Chandler to race. (dirt modified), raced at Sullivan speedway too. Weather permitting I'm out most everyday, and ride with a group, Freedom Cruisers, www.freedom-cruisers.org (http://www.freedom-cruisers.org) look me up

ask for warm weather from Santa for Christmas, it's too cold to ride today, but it is sunny.

I'm from Borden, a little town 'bout halfway between Salem and New Albany. I have only had my 1300 C for about a month but I really like it. I have been riding MC's since my first one , a "Whizzer" motor bike since '56 (and I still have it) This VTX I believe is going to be my favorite bike, iot just "feels good"...looking forward to taking a few trips this summer and maybe taking in some of the local clubs rides......Merry Christmas to you...

We plan on being there, but we will be coming from the north. We would like to hookup with the southern IN riders. Have you made any plans as to were you are staying? We need to do some riding between now and then.

bad1800,
I printed the flier and posted it on my board. I try to ride for good causes like that. We need to get all the VTX'S in southern IN and get ourselves organized into some kind of club or something. We could get together on a certain night, weekly or monthly. Just and idea?

Hello all you southern and central Indiana folks. I was just surfing through your board and have a suggestion for you to organize a group to do regularly scheduled rides. Take a look at the Southern Cruisers Riding Club. Yep, a RIDING club and not a motorcycle club. It is open to all makes and models. Best part, no "formal" meetings and NO DUES. Go to www.southerncruisers.net (http://www.southerncruisers.net) to get a full understanding of the club.

I know there used to be a Louisville chapter but they suspended the chapter for lack of members and interest but I just saw a post on the national forum that someone may be interested in starting the chapter up again.

Just an option for you guys to have a reason to get together and ride more often. Feel free to email or PM me with any questions. I am the second officer of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentuck Chapter #88.

Ride safe.

Looks like Bluemac, Hoovey, Me and my son are a stones throw away from each other......that would be 4 VTX's that could ride together. Any more near us in S. IN or KY?

By the way.......we are going to try and make the Ride with Hoovey this Sunday. Please try and get more VTX riders to join the ride.

Looks like I am a little late, but I'll check in anyway.

I ride out of Jasper in just about any direction. Day trips most weekends to Louisville, Evansville, Owensboro, Bloomington, or anywhere in between.

If somebody organizes a little group in the area, count me in.

Hi Hoosiers, I'm planning a trip out to Kansas City next week...leaving from my home in Anderson. Since I've got 2 days to get out there I thought I might ride down to the Ohio river and then follow it out to St Louis and then cruise across the southern part of Missouri before heading north toward KC. I've never ridden along the river and I was wondering if it is worth the extra miles...is it a scenic ride or will I never even see the river? Any suggestions on routes? Frankp
