My username was also one of the names deleted. I just registered again using the same name. I'm not sure what the problem is (or was) either. Once I logged in again, there was only 1 post on the entire board. Obviously something pretty drastic happened.

You know, if we can't get our site to work right, we can always use this one.

I like the look of our new site, just not the performance.
It also doesn't have the traffic that this one does.

I'm always at a computer, so checking these sites multiple times a day is normal for me. Wish ours had more traffic.

Winter sucks and I need my motorcycle fix....

I'm with you on this one! I check both sites several times daily. The info on this site is invaluable, but sometimes the local flare is nice too.

Well, some of us have gotten together and are the process of geting pressure on the guy that is building the site for us. I was also one of the guys that had to reregister and it pissed me off due to the fact that I show up to almost all rides am always at all meetings and have put forward effert to help this group grow. If in fact you want to help things get better, go to our site, log in, and send an e-mail to Gordon through the "webmaster" link at the bottom of the page. I completely understand the frustration that everyone is feeling and would personally like to meet the individual responsible for the problems and have a "chat". The thing is, just posting the concerns on this site is doing NOTHING to help the thing move forward. If you guys and gals have further concerns I would like to suggest you e-mail the "webmaster" and your coordinators. If we stick together and concentrate the energy where it can do some good, good things will happen. If we keep complaining about it here, all that will happen is our site ( www.mixriders.com (http://www.mixriders.com) ) will not become what we all want it to be. It seems to some of us that have been at the meetings that there is some "undermineded" negativity going on, it's everyone's perogative to do what they want with themselves, so do what you think is best.

I don't understand this statement.

I for one have never seen or heard of anyone that has been negative toward the Michigan efforts in organizing anything related to VTX's or local rides.

I've enjoyed the efforts that have been put forward by the new membership and leadership of the MIXRiders. I'm looking forward to next season, and the planning of local and distant rides.

Although the VTXOA site is one of my favorite places to visit, I always check out the Michigan site as well. I just wish it got more traffic and member involvement.

If someone has contacted the webmaster already, let us know whatz up.
