It's been a while!! Just wanted to update you all... for Christmas I got a set of Vance and Hines pipes which my dear husband quickly installed. Gotta love the man and I LOVE these pipes!! Stripped the bike down a bit and thought I would let you all see what the baby looks like. I will put them back on when I cruise longer distances or when the mood hits me but for now, I kinda like the look.

Actually, I rode across the Shands Bridge towards Green Cove and then Turned right on 17(?) whatever Roosevelt is. Some guy in a gray car tried to tell me something at the light but I couldn't hear a darn thing he was saying....

I stripped mine as well, but Pam was not to happy with it.
She didn't like the idea of losing her seat.
It's back on now even though I just received a studded Mustang bib for the fender. :shock: I just put it on a hanger in the closet :cry:

You were heading down 13 and passed the store where I was filling up on the way to work. I followed you all the way to 17 with my windows down listening to your pipes. I work in Green Cove, BTW.

David - LMAO!! Thanks for noticing!! I remembered the car, etc but heck, I was just enjoying the ride! Nice seein' ya... even if it was briefly!

The pipes are awesome and I really like the stripped down look but need to get some sort of fender thing like a leather strip or solo rack. We will see what happens.
