Guess I'll start off this new years postings. We had our annual New Years Day Blue Ice Run today. We met at St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church up in beautiful Mt. Washington. The day was perfect. When we all arrived at 10am the sun was shining. After a special mass we had a blessing of the 50 to 60 bikes out in the parking lot. Then it was a short but sweet 45 min ride around and about town to the West End overlook for a toast to the new year and a group photo at the best veiw of the Point. Then it was back to the parish school cafeteria for a great lunch and get together. The blessing is open every year to all bikers. We had several other PA BK chapters members show up along with some others. It was great to meet and eat witt all of them. Anyone else have something going on today? Let us know. And feel free to let us know here what your chapter is doing in the future. You never know who might show up. Let's keep this fourm as active as we can. Have a great new year.

George,

I did the Polar Bear run that started at Molnar's Bar (the pink one) on Route 51 at 1 o'clock and went to the Eat & Park in Belle Vernon. They had approximately 150 bikes show up. Lex from this board (from the North Hills) was there on his 1800C and about 6 or 7 other Xers. Nice way to start the New Year.
