I am going to say something, and only once.

We in Utah should be ashamed.

I have lived in Colorado for over 4 years. I have seen Colorado. I have seen Utah.

Utah puts Colorado to shame.

Colorado creates this spectular event each year and we in Utah sit here and do little, but mostly nothing. Some even suck it up and go over to Colorado with their tail between their legs.

Anyone ever read Snakebites comments about meandering over into Utah and seeing things he had never seen before? Ask BigLry, what he thinks about Utah.

Come on dudes and dudettes. Lets get with the program and put Colorado in their place.

I'll be interested to see your retorts, if any.

I grew up in Colorado and travel over there quite often. While I really like Utah, Colorado has a lot more mountain roads and spectacular passes than Utah. That being said, I'd be up for a ride up the Mirror Lake Highway road any time it's not snowing or freezing. A ride down to St. George or Moab would be nice, too.

Sounds like Joker and the guys in Layton have an organized group of Shadow riders and X'ers. Maybe we can hook up with them in February, and talk about organizing with them; he has already sent an invitation to those of us who want to come to their first meeting. I'd be up for that! As for riding in Utah, I did a lot of travelling while growing up (from California to eastern Kentucky), and my family has always commented that Utah has the most varied, and beautiful, country that a person could ever see!
