Riser Installation

Doug when you installed your risers did you use the top caps that came with them, I am thinking about using the original top piece that came with the bike, has anyone tryed this or know if it will work, I can't remember what yours looked like,must be getting old my mind just doesn't work like it use to.......tim :?

Tim, I used the original top cap because I like the "VTX" part on it. I have seen some with the other caps also. Either way works. Sure made a difference in my riding comfort too. Now, if I can just get over the flu...maybe I can go ride some day haaaha.

Oh...one extra note...I order the Rivco risers instead of using the "C" risers. I don't think it would matter though.

Thanks for letting me know so quick, I like the original top better myself, I may have to polish it to make it look good with the Aeromach risers but that shouldn't be a problem.....tim
