you aint gonna believe this
it's finally warmed up enough to start
doing some things out in the garage
so i pulled out the replacements i've had
sitting around for a while
i put in the front one's, no problem. go to test them
and they don't work.but the rear stock are blinking
twice as fast
i go two swap out the rear and cant get the bulb's in
got em in but loose.went to test them and
only the rears blink twice as fast
so i mess around for another half hour
trying to get the bulbs in solid and break one
well i guess thats it for me tonight
those stock lenses ars looking pretty good right now

different parts.i installed per the markings on the packaging.

did i get them marked wrong from the manufacturer?

Believe the bulbs are different. Fronts are running and turn, rears are not. Any more help let me know. I have the same ones. I'll pull the covers and check the no.s.

Front turn signal is a dual fillament (21watt turn, 5watt running). 1157 bulb is usually is a offset pin housing.

Did you arm wrestle the bulb into the socket? :)

Yup, the front are 1157s (dual filament), rears are 1156s (single filament). If you look at the bulbs, the 1157 will have 2 pins on the side of the bulb, the 1156 will only have 1. Sounds like you have them swapped. There should be no reason for your signals to speed up unless you changed the resistance of the bulbs (like in the case of LEDs).

IF HE HAD ONLY REARS RUNNING AND NO FRONTS IN THEY WOULD RUN FAST

Yeah, that's right. You need to have all the lamps in place, then turn them on. 8)
