List of Alaska vtx riders

If Alaska VTX riders will check into this topic. We could get an email list and then maybe we could get a group ride together this summer. Also this would allow VTX folk in various towns in alaska to contact each other for rides,to sell or trade parts, to get information on good rides etc. Just your screen name and town would probably be enough.

I just realized that my name on this board is the same as yours except with a space between alaska and rider. Sorry about that. I will try to change mine. With the power vested in me I hereby make you folks the first offical associate Alaska VTX Riders. The downside is my power is constantly being questioned by everyone from my employees to my many children. so this probably won't be good for discounts.

My bad Paul. I actually had to stay home with a sick kid today. I called Alaskarider this morning and left him a message but forgot to e-mail you. Sorry about that. :oops:

My home phone is 694-6090. I still would like to put some kind of ride together in the next week or so. I'm sure Alaskarider is game also. It sounds like TheAkNeoDude49 is a weekend rider but would like to get him envolved also. The more the better.

What do you guys think about having a set night to ride? Any other ideas?

I go to work pretty early,4 to 5am and leave 1pm to 3pm. So I would be interested in a ride till 8pm. Or late fridays or saturdays. A week ago I got done with work on a wed. at 1pm and went down to seward and back! On a whem. Yesterday after work went north. Old Palmer Hwy, then Hatcher Pass then 11 mi. to Wasilla on Twisty road .Stoped at Subway, then back to Anc. So yeah iam up to any ride at the right timing.

Sounds like this could work. we will just have to work out a day that works for everyone. The only night that would be out for me is Fridays. I work till about 10:30 :(

Do you guys want to get together and see if we can decide on something? I'm pretty much free in the evenings this weekend. If it works for you guys lets meet. 8)

Add me to the list of AK riders too. I live in Wasilla and ride an '03 Retro. (1300) I am planning a trip outside on the bike around June 16 and won't be back til August. If possible, I'd like to get together for a ride before I take off. I teach elementary school so evenings and some weekends work good for me.
