You think you could help me out with my saddlebag bolt that wobbles? I'm lost as to what to do. I took it out and looked around in there and can't figure out why its moving at all.

Thanks for your help Greg. That was a nice ride too.
For anyone interested, the problem was another bad bolt. When I was at Kevins during his tech session, I was cleaning up the threads that got messed up when I was sent bad bolts for my Sissybar / Backrest (the front 2 of 3 on each side). I know while I was there, I used his tap set and went through every hole and there was nothing wrong with the rear-most one on each side because the tap went right through, no problem.
After I finally drilled the holes to put my saddlebags on and I headed to porkies, John (I think he was the first one to notice) saw that when I put my bags on, the mounting bolt was moving up and down independant of the fender on the left side and that it was solid on the right sice.
So, when I went to Greg's....he was thinking that the bolt was bottoming out before it went all the way through. We went and got an 8mm tap and I cleaned out he hole while he filed the bolt back to a decent condition.
Everything is fine now.
I was cleaning out my stuff at Kevins and said "wow, I need to look at all the bolts before I go and install anything else"....I said that right before I went and threw another set of crappy bolts courtsey of Easy-Brackets ( I think).
Let this serve as a warning to look at all your nuts and bolts before you go and isntall anything especially if you got a good deal on it. My sissybar / backrest is a Honda nock-off from Bestem, and my saddlebags were custom made by some dude on eBay, but the brackets I think were from easy-bracket. And easy-bracket is a pretty well known company which is why I'm suprised they gave me trouble.
