There is a great powder coater in Olathe. He did the rear pulley on my wifes bike for $25.00. It's called Rogers Manufacturing Inc., 220 N. Mahaffie St., 913-829-3363. His minimum is $25.00. He also has several colors to choose from, you just need to catch him on the day he is doing black.
