Everyone has said that they are the best things you can do to your ride. Do you think it has improved it that much? And how hard was it to change out your front ones and were the back ones difficult to put on too?

You can read my initial impression of the fork springs here:

After getting the bike on the lift, changing out the shocks takes maybe 10 minutes tops, soooo easy. The fork springs are more involved but still relativly easy to do if you follow one of the write ups. The new shocks to make a difference but I think the biggest gain is up front with new fork springs. I wanted to drop the back of my bike a bit, give a lower look so shorter shocks will do that and the progressives do it without making the ride worse. The 412 shocks are fine and I would reccomend those if you are lowering as you lose the benefit of the more expensive shocks when you reduce the travel distance.

Do you have the fork spring tool needed to change the front springs? I have had the new springs sitting on my desk since Christmas...... I really need to find the tool and get them changed.

whatever

I have the tool if you want to borrow it. I live in Nampa.
