Wires connected NO SMOKE!

Well, last night I officially finished the wiring stage of my winter projects. Don't have pictures yet but what I've done:

Drilled my Rivco risers and Barons X bars
Extend all of the wiring by about 12 inches
Ran all the wires through my the bars and risers.
Re-routed all the wires from the headlight to under the tank.
Added a relay to drive the headlight direct off the battery.
Added the pigtails/connectors for my new/used Cobra tach (which I still owe Andy for). The wiring for this is pretty trick IMHO :wink:

Last night I did a full run through of the wiring and was extremely happy to see nothing go up in smoke or flames. 8) Everything worked well and I think I've got it all routed so that it won't interfere with the tank.

It's getting closer and closer. Now if HDL can just get Thunder to send my Hurricane! :?

Rob - Congratulations! I know that was a ton of tedious work.

I got my silver bullets on the rear fender and wired through the grommet. Got the replacement Manifold and ran the lines to it off the bike and had no threading issues. Phew!

I will throw that on the bike tonight and hook lines to the calipers. Also drilled out the front fender and got it ready for mounting. I may or may not get the rest of the parts today. I expected them yesterday but nothing came it. If you want to swing by tomorrow please do. I will be ready for the tank to go back on and could use some trusted hands :)

What time will you be working on it?

about 9 if the parts come. Otherwise anytime cause there is not much to do. I haven't decided if I am doing anything on it tonight.
