I just read where Termite had his bike adj. for around $50. Termite, can you let me know who to call to get mine adj.? I have approx. 17,000 on my Retro and I didn't want to pay the stealers price of $300-500. I would be greatful. Also I am nw here and I am glad to see other VTXers from Indiana on the board. I have a 2002 candy apple red. Ultimate seats, 6"risers, leatherlyte, saddles, etc. Wouldn't trade for another ride except to get a newer vtx. :mcrider:

Yep, Spokes, a beauty and a pain if ya know what I mean. Chomping at the grips to get going to the 1000. Should be a blast. Staying at the Hampton Inn.
Maybe this will help with the picture thing.
Set up an account (free) at WWW.BIGBIKERIDERS.COM (http://WWW.BIGBIKERIDERS.COM) Up load your pics to them, JPEG file, once the picture is on their site, click on the picture to make it a little bigger and RIGHT click, click properties, and get the HTTP, copy, then go to your post you want to put the picture in, click on IMG button above, paste the HTTP in, click IMG button again. Then post. For the AVITAR it has to be small. Shrink picture to 100x100pixels and paste it in the avitar box at the end of the profile site
Confusing but not that hard to do

Got a valve adjustment at Dreyer Honda in Indianapolis for my VTX1800. They charged me $204. Normally, I would have done it myself buy I didn't have the time. Interesting, the service manager told me he would probably only have the adjustment done about two times and then forget it after that unless the valves started ticking.
