Progress Report on the Cover

I spoke with Bonz Thursday afternoon.

Bonz has received the JPG and cad files, but he was down for couple days. (He had back surgery in Dec and occasionally has a set back if he tries to do too much). He was working on the files Thursday.

He likes the design, and thinks that he will be able to cut a sample in the next couple days.

First sample is about ready. Should be posting a picture of it by Monday.

Just got off the phone with Bonz, and Rhonda they said the they had some problem on the cut and would not have a picture of the sample untill Friday.

The aluminum plate sample will not look as sharp as the chrome cover, but it will give a chance to see what changes he has made and to ring in on any final changes we would like to make.

So, it took a few extra days. :D Bone had to have another operation on a different part of his back this week, so it took a little while longer,

Anyway, it is done! We even did the actual chrome cover instead of the aluminum. It looks GREAT.

We have posted a picture of it on the 'NE master cylinder covers LIST' topic, to consolidate to just ONE topit to go to for the ordering.
