Torque Values

Hi, I'm new and I have a question...
I just bought a 2005 VTX 1300R, I'm installing Easy Brackets and wanted to know if I need to torque the new fender bolts, if so does anyone know the torque values. I know there's an 8mm and 10mm bolt, are they the same value?
