I Mark Bixler (aka Hoss) give full use, ownership and assignment of the Florida VTX Riders logo that I co designed with Eric Albrant (aka NastyX) to the Florida VTX Riders Coordinators with a majority vote of the Florida VTX Riders Coordinators required to authorize it's use by anyone.
